The Media & Advertising market is our forte and thanks to over a decade of direct industry experience, we have a deep rooted knowledge of the eco system, as well as market salaries, the latest roles and emerging platforms/organisations. Whilst our core specialism is in Digital Media, we also work with our clients to find the right talent for roles requiring a hybrid of Offline and Online knowledge.
Our core remit is to work with clients and candidates on all advertising related positions across mid-level to MD. Key positions include: Agency Sales (including Creative Solutions), Client Direct Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations/Client Services, Marketing and Product Marketing.

Times are changing, and the rise of platforms such as LinkedIn is making many organisations evaluate the added value recruitment and head hunting agencies are providing. Working more closely as a brand extension with our clients, we inherit all the costs and time associated with talent search, and apply a holistic approach to scouting the entire market to finding the right group of people to interview. It’s our responsibility to interview several people, and only whittle it down to a shortlist of 2 or 3, not yours.

You will regularly find us attending major industry events such as Dmexco, MWC and Adweek Europe, curious to explore the latest developments.
As a people oriented business, we think it’s important to behave responsibly and give back to the community where possible. So we have partnered with an inspiring charity, Chance UK, as part of our generous referral reward scheme. Our founder Nima has previously volunteered for a year-long programme as a mentor, so we have first-hand experience at the amazing and impactful work they do.
For every successfully placed individual you refer to us, we reward you £900 and donate £100 to Chance UK. This will be rewarded to the referrer for salaries of £60,000 and above. For salaries below £60,000 the referrer will receive £400, but the amount donated to Chance UK remains the same.
Given the exponential growth of the Digital & Mobile market, our founder Nima Shahraz felt there was a clear appetite for a boutique agency to offer a more personalised approach – putting people ahead of profit. The intention wasn’t about reinventing the wheel, but to raise the bar and industry practice, We do the simple things much better: putting the right candidates in front of the right clients, and placing people in jobs with longevity.
