YouSeek is a boutique head hunting and recruitment agency based in London. We combine modern and traditional recruitment methods to create a blend that offers a truly tailored service to our clients and candidates. We work with people based on their individual needs and we put our clients and candidates interest ahead of profit. Specialising within Advertising & Marketing, we partner with a selection of organisations, ranging from established media owners to cutting edge technology platforms and start-ups.
The Media & Advertising market is our forte and thanks to over a decade of direct industry experience, we have a deep rooted knowledge of the eco system, as well as market salaries, the latest roles and emerging platforms/organisations. Whilst our core specialism is in Digital Media, we also work with our clients to find the right talent for roles requiring a hybrid of Offline and Online knowledge.
Our core remit is to work with clients and candidates on all advertising related positions across mid-level to MD. Key positions include: Agency Sales (including Creative Solutions), Client Direct Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations/Client Services, Marketing and Product Marketing.

We’re hugely passionate about the growth of Mobile and its fixed position within Omni-channel commerce. We are well aware of the current industry requirements and continue to work with progressive organisations helping them to acquire the right talent to push boundaries. Outside of advertising roles, we work with clients on Mobile marketing, payments and affiliate channels.

Times are changing, and the rise of platforms such as LinkedIn is making many organisations evaluate the added value recruitment and head hunting agencies are providing. Working more closely as a brand extension with our clients, we inherit all the costs and time associated with talent search, and apply a holistic approach to scouting the entire market to finding the right group of people to interview. It’s our responsibility to interview several people, and only whittle it down to a shortlist of 2 or 3, not yours.
We are on a constant mission to find emerging talent. We don’t simply approach candidates with jobs, we develop relationships. We approach candidates who are perfectly happy in their current role, and make them excited by a new opportunity to further excel their career. Over 70% of people we have placed into new positions were not actively on the job market.
How many times have you heard an agency proclaiming they deliver quality over quantity? Our fundamental difference is that we really do! Here’s why? Rather than the typical agency which has over a hundred clients on their books, we intentionally select a handful of clients to partner with, in order to truly deliver the bespoke and tailored service you deserve. We would rather be highly rated by 10 clients, then average by 100. It also means we can access a much larger pool of candidates to approach due to less non-approach agreements.

We immerse ourselves in the brief to the point that candidates feel they are engaging directly with the hiring manager through our scouting process. Our Referral Programme
As a people oriented business, we think it’s important to behave responsibly and give back to the community where possible. So we have partnered with an inspiring charity, Chance UK, as part of our generous referral reward scheme. Our founder Nima has previously volunteered for a year-long programme as a mentor, so we have first-hand experience at the amazing and impactful work they do.
For every successfully placed individual you refer to us, we reward you £900 and donate £100 to Chance UK. This will be rewarded to the referrer for salaries of £60,000 and above. For salaries below £60,000 the referrer will receive £400, but the amount donated to Chance UK remains the same.

Given the exponential growth of the Digital & Mobile market, our founder Nima Shahraz felt there was a clear appetite for a boutique agency to offer a more personalised approach – putting people ahead of profit. The intention wasn’t about reinventing the wheel, but to raise the bar and industry practice, We do the simple things much better: putting the right candidates in front of the right clients, and placing people in jobs with longevity.
